Wallingford and surrounding area - workshop and fabrication operations
Our fabrication team currently operate from our existing Ewelme site in Oxfordshire, where they undertake light industrial operations such as bin repairs and maintenance, as well as metal engineering works.
We are looking to relocate our fabrication operations to a new site of approximately 1 to 1.5 acres + with an existing unit (or potential to construct one), suitable for skip and bin storage and a workshop.
The location must be within a 10-mile radius of Wallingford.
Both freehold and leasehold options will be considered – preference for freehold.
