We are searching for an additional site to accommodate our growing clinical waste operations.

The location must be within the geographical area of the M4 corridor, ideally between Reading and the M25, and ideally no further south than the M3, within proximity to High Wycombe, Bracknell, Thatcham and Slough.

The site must ideally be an open industrial site of approximately 3 acres or more, with an existing large unit or potential for a bespoke development.

Our preference is to occupy the site freehold.
