We are looking to expand our operations to set up a satellite HGV depot near Guildford, Surrey and the surrounding area as our customer base continues to grow.

The location must be within the geographical area of Guildford, including Woking, Aldershot, Godalming and Dorking with access to the M3 and/or M25.

The new site required must ideally be an open industrial site with open storage or a hardstanding area of approximately 1 to 1.5 acres +. Ideally the site will have a welfare unit or small outbuilding suitable for use as a small office.

The site will be used for the purpose of overnight parking of circa 5 HGVs, plus storage of empty bins and skips (i.e. no waste to be kept on site).

Both freehold and leasehold options will be considered.
