We have an existing depot at Salfords, near Gatwick, which we are rapidly outgrowing. We are looking for a new relocation site to service our growing customer base.

The location must be within the geographical area of Surrey and West Sussex, within proximity to Dorking, Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead and Oxted.

The new site must have a hard standing area of approximately 1 to 1.5 acres+, or with the opportunity to develop a building and offices.

The site may already be in use as a depot.

Both freehold and leasehold options will be considered – preference for freehold.
